Hi

I have spent days now, trying to get to grips with visual jforex. I am old and don't know how to code so not the easiest. I do have some observations which would make it a lot easier for myself and anybody else who wanted to learn.

The VJF helper does not give any useful information. It needs more content to it. It has also been written by someone whose first language is not English. This makes it hard to read. The grammar is terrible and it has spelling mistakes.

The videos in you tube are great but probably more frustrating than the on line helper. The video images are to grainy or not zoomed in enough to see. I have my super fine reading glasses on and still cannot see what is going on. The guys that demonstrate the platform obviously have lots of experience and are grabbing bits from around the platform and dropping them into the blocks. Most of the time I cannot see where they come from or what they are. Give me a fighting chance to understand...please zoom in during the video.

I apologise that my first posts is all moans. I do realise the VJF team are probably doing the best they can with the resources they have.

cheers slightly grumpy old man

Thanks a lot for your feedback and information.
We totally understand your opinion and we are aware about these problems, we are currently improving both our online helper and our webinars but we are providing more than that: a dedicated support to our users that wants to implement their trading ideas into blocks, variables and links. To do so, please fell free to describe your idea with all the needed details, the more specifications; the best.
If you need explanation about a specific use of some blocks or variables or any thing that sounds ambiguous to you, please fell free to raise your questions in this forum or address your query to [email protected] We'll be glad to provide you with the needed information including examples with notes and explanations.

Thanks !
