What's wrong with my strategy

Hi, genius guys!

Let me make it simple, the same strategy like this:

It did take trade in October 8 correctly.

But it did not in October 7.

Please help me fix this strategy, make sure it can take trade with no mistake, thank you!

What is Candle Period?
Why Shift=1 ?
Where do you get 1.35714 and 1.35755 ?
Why do you think that bid should be strictly equal to that digits?

So, please show me how to open market at the center of daily pivot, thanks for your help！
