How to limit the total position amount

For example, at first, I limit the total position amount as 3, it means I can have 3 positions at most at the same time.
It's very simple, just use a " if " block, we can get that.

And then, I want to limit everyday or every 24hr, only allow open positions for 4 times at most, no matter long or short, and no matter the amount of current positions is 0 or 3.
But don't affect the close times.

In actually, I want to ask how to limit the "open frequency" in one day.

Hope someone can give me a "blocks example", thanks very much.

Greetings.

Following example will open Buy position every hour but not more than three.
At 8:00 AM it will drop counter to zero and allow to open 3 more.
