I'm wondering if Visual JForex is able to draw multiple charts with custom time-frame, possibly that span seamlessly between several trading days.

For example, I'd like to have the following charts:
15 sec, 30 sec, 1min, 2min, 4min, 8min, 16min, 32min, 64min, 128min, 256min, 512min, 1024min, 2048min, 4096min, 8192min.

Or also like this:
32 days, 16days, 8 days, 4days, 2 days, 1day, 720min 360min, 180min, 90min, 45min, 22.5min, 677,5 sec, 338,75 sec, 169,375 sec, 84,6875 sec, 42,34375 sec, 21,17 sec

If this is not possible with Visual JForex, would be possible using the API in a custom application?

Visual Forex build strategies, not charts.

So no, Visual Forex can not do that.
