Hi. I am having problems registering as a VJForex member, which means I cannot save the development work I do, that is, when I try to save the work I'm asked for the login and password. Do I use the usual forex trading login/password, either for the live account or the demo account? No, neither of those are accepted. Within Visual JForex, I tried to register, and got a second demo account, but that doesn't work either.
Do I need a separate login/password for VJForex and another for the JForex trading platform?
I put the question to the VJForex forum, with one reply, from someone else having the same problem. Nevertheless, it must be simple enough, because I saw there are already more than 22,000 members. The question is, what do I need to do to become a member, so that I can save my Visual JForex work? Thank you, and my apologies for bringing these problems to the forum, but the tool looks to be worth persevering with.
In the event of continuing difficulties, is there a person I could call to help resolve this problem? I would need a number and a suitable time to call? Ted

Hi Ted,
For me - I login using my fx community login/pass (I may have registered both the same, I cant remember tho).
Additionally you can export the file you are working on - to save to your harddrive. I do this more than saving on the cloud based storage - as I have had issues with that before.
Its also better to save versions as you develop (i.e masystemv1.vfx , masystemv2.vfx) If you break something in development you can always roll back.
I hope you find a way through this problem soon.

Go to the FX community home page : https://www.dukascopy.com/fxcomm/and then click on: You will register as a comunity menber and an ulimited demo account. Than with your community member login/pass you will be able to login to Visual JForex, save your strategy, test it on historical data, etc.
