good till time for pending orders

Hi guys as i understand it i should have a date and time plus one appearing in the time12 box but when i run it on the tester it always appears as zero and i have tried everything.
The only time i can get a number in there is when i set it to a double. But then i cannot insert it into the pending order timeout box.

Help always appreciated
