How to identify a reply from support team

Dear dukascopy support,
So far I look for the id "visual support" to identify if a reply is from dukascopy support, location Switzerland.
Please let me know how to identify if a reply is coming from dukascopy support.

So far, on top of the programmers clearly identified as "visual support", Dirk, vadim_berezhnoj and Myself (Para) are members of the Visual JForex team.

Dear Visual J support,

So now we know from the response under post 'Time frame' that

I suggest to please create 'support' user id's for them. eg visual support1, visual support 2 etc so we can identify them.
If they reply using their own id's I will think they are not from support team.
