Hi, I got a pop up windows message with this error when loading one of my strategies: "File Error Error #2030" I am not sure but it seems an "End of File error" from Flash. I would like to recover this strategy, please, could you help me with this. Also, how to avoid it? what has been wrong here?  Thank you Ramon

Hi Parrondo,
Are you loading from a .vsf file or from the online storage. If trying to load from a .vsf - please attach the file so support can directly look at potential causes. I have not had this issue , and it may be something in the file itself. Also have you tried to load from the my strategies area on the right hand side of the platform?

I am loading it from on line storage. I have not got time to export the .vfs file before error comes. I cannot load it from my strategy menu.

Hello We had this issue reported by very few users. The Visual JForex team is investigating. So far, no permanent fix has been released. Reloading the page in your browser (and log in again  ) helps. Sorry for the inconvenience  .

May be here a clue. When I create the strategies which get me the error #2030 I had been cutting and pasting several times some blocks. This blocks auto-create the same variable (candles) with the same name. I believe that an auto-created variable could not get the same name. So now, I have several times the same variable with same name in the auto-created variable tab and could not delete them. Here is a screen capture image file about auto-created variables:

Hey Parrondo, I had the same problem and upped it in this thread (first post picture): viewtopic.php?f=139&t=49161If its happening in 2 isolated instances - there must be a bug.

This is becoming more common it seems - over the last 2 days I have lost 3 systems to this error. I dont know how I can help you investigate - as this stops me loading or copying the systems to .vsf

I can confirm that error #2030 is still present. Also noticed in Calculation Expression Block when open strategy, two rows always missing (current Position open price and Last tick Tick Bid or Tick Ask). Purpose of blocks is calculate pips for opened position.
Next time my plan is to save strategy on my PC, not to JStore. Maybe that solve problem!?

Hello Support,
The attached strategy - when saved will cause the error. Once imported - just save the strategy , then try reload it and you will have the error. I am unsure what is in this strategy which is corrupted.
P.S this strategy is not finished and non working - as I have remade it due to the error.

Also - it could have something to do with the AUOT CREATED VARIABLES. Anytime you used Get Historical Candle - VJF creates a variable. The variable can not be deleted and for me is not being used. Just a thought.
