Dear Support,
I am exploring the new visual jforex. The idea is to try and understand how to use the blocks and later develop a real strategy.I tried to create a simple stochastic strategy. See attached. However its not working. Could you please help to check if something is wrong. Simple stochastic is an example available under the wiki for standard jforex programming. I was just trying to develop in jforex.
Thank you in advance.

The strategy is defined correctly. It's work on historical tester as we can see. Maybe you can specify how you run it? On realtime or historical tester, in platform or in Visual JForex? Do you use the defaults settings or custom?

Dear Support,
You are right its working today.
Yesterday I ran it in historical mode with default settings in v jforex in my demo account, I have no clue why it didn't generate any positions.

You may want to add this example with slight modification if necessary to the list of examples so that newbies can use it without redoing all over.

Thanks a lot for your support.

Does it really "Work" or I have problem on my side?
It opens me position probably on every tick.. this is nothing I would call working strategy :)
I ran it on historical data week old, with default values (slippage 5, SL 25, TP 50, Period 10 mins)

by the way VJF team: great work on VJF toolkit. I am studying it for second day, hopefully soon I will be in :)

Yes, it is working. The strategy do what it should do by algorithm.
This strategy hasnt any filter or stops for dont trade anymore :). You can add those filters.

Yes, so it why I put it in quotes :) That it works but actually it is not usable, just as start of any strategy, but there must be some limiter opened positions..

You can take any filter example from SMA strategy example.

the strategy is just an example to understand how the blocks work in v forex for those beginners who are struggling.
