What I can think about is:
access the economic calendar information from website.
define variables in your strategy to store the times economic event of high or medium impact will take place.
the strategy should be changed to update the time of economic events according to your desired frequency.
use IF to check of economic event is approaching, yes close all orders and return after the event is over.
