how can get high and close for specific candle in the past

i want to get the information of the last day candle of time 05:00(candle hour) to get the high and low of this candle and can i get info about specific candle in the past like hour candle in last week or day or specific Date ?

Currently, we havent specific block for this request. But it is possible to do with getting the last 24 candles and then to check them for appropriate time in "Loop Viewer", see examples. We will do the getting indicators and candles values by time as one block.
