If I try to change existing variable parameters and then try to save its settings I get a warning that variable already exists:

In my case above I tried to assign existing variable to different group. But I think any kind of changes should reproduce this bug(in fact, even clicking "save" without any changes reproduce it). There is of course not any other variable of the same name. This problem started occurring since about last week, before it did not happened.
