JFOREX when one tries to close a postion it anwsers N/A , then one tries conditional close and it fails, what does one do to stop further losses?

59481816 position was bearish then I tried to close it with loss and it does not close and I keep on loosing money because it does not close, what to do? Also, I tried to open positions and the answer was N/A, what does it mean?
