getProfitLossInPips does not count order type (short or long)?

Merry Christmas!

Today (25.12) spreads are so big, that are seen at first glance, so I have noticed, that my strategy closes (short) positions 5 pips worse than asked. It obtains current profit using order.getProfitLossInPips() and if it's better than asked, closes the order.
First time I thought it's accidental, but it happened 3 times :(
Some suggestions?
