All is possible, but it is quite difficult.

I don't mean modify the strategy by phone, but just simply close the automatically opened trade for example. The first problem is that I found it's impossible to log in the demo account by phone.

Probably good to tell us what phone , so we understand more. For you information - I can log into Visual Jforex using android (I have asus transformer tablet tf700).

Your phone may not be able to log into Jforex - however you can close the trade using the webplatform. Give that a try.
