Hi,
Historical tester and debugger don’t use the same timezone. The debug values are in UTC while the Historical Tester scale is in user's timezone (in my case UTC +2).

I had the same issue yesterday, when the strategy is calculating the Daily Pivot Points. They are working on it and hopefully will be solved with the next update I was told.
