Hi Support Team,

I am writing this because you have a great Java API for strategy developments and we have many customers who want to trade crypto pairs.
Unfortunately the current pricing and conditions on crypto currencies could be much better on Dukascopy.
Especially on the currently existing pairs ETH/USD and BTC/USD.
Here are some improvements we highly suggest:

1) Spreads around 118 USD on BTC/USD and around 10 USD on ETH/USD are far too many and totally outdated. --> Spreads should be 1:10 of the existing. Think about it. You are charging commission as well.
2) Place bid/offer orders do not work on crypto instruments while they work well on indices. --> Place bid/offer orders should work for all instruments as indicated in your Wiki: https://www.dukascopy.com/wiki/en/forex ... -bid-offer
3) You close any open crypto positions on Friday nights --> This should not be done.
4) You do not quote prices for the crypto instruments 24/7. --> Please open your platform for prices at least on weekends as well --> Better if you could also open the weekend for trading.

We are expecting way better trading conditions for the crypto instruments soon.

When could we expect lower spreads on crypto pairs?

1. Decreased to 80 USD on average for BTC/USD. 3.8 USD for ETH. The more LPs we get, the better the spread will become.
2. Place bid/offer orders are possible now.
3., 4. We do not close the positions anymore. Trading is avaiable 24/7 for CFDs on Crypto.
