As already noted in another post here, toggling 'Cursor Pointer' is inconvenient in many cases.

I think that this feature may not be needed at all if chart could be mouse-dragged with "right mouse button" - I see RMB is currently only used to show context menu (single-point action), therefore adding dragging to RMB should not be a tough thing. This way there will be no need to turn-off the 'Cursor Pointer'.

PS: toggling 'Cursor Pointer' with 'middle button' is rather tough because that button is really tough to click on most of mouses i had (including the current one)
