Where I can set the Time Zone for my jforex platform!? I want to work with the New York time zone, so please, if you can guide me here I will appreciate. Thanks.

Try this approach:
Menu -> Tools -> Preferences -> Chart -> Day start time -> EET (UTC + 2 hours)

Thank you hebasto, but New York time is Eastern Time (EDT) or -04:00 UTC.
I really think Dukaskopy should at least have an easy hack for this at least.
Please, can someone help me!!!
I just want to have my OHLC originated by Eastern Time (EDT)
