Charting colors request, JForex platform
and API.

See attached where there is a
BID shown, and it has already been assigned a
TP and an SL level. The BID is obviously
unfilled, by definition.

However, the TP and SL levels are
"inactive" because the BID is not FILLED.
They will not trigger until their corresponding
BID Order is filled.

I propose that the color of the TP and
SL distinguish between orders which
are not filled and those which are FILLED.

I call the unfilled TP and SL levels "inactive"
because they will not execute until the
underlying Order is filled.
