Both DEMO account and Live Account didn't work properly since the latest update of the platform for EAs. Please ref. the following for details.
For DEMO Account Platform, I used my EA for EUR/JPY from May 06 to 11,2013 and it should open 3 Buy Orders (2 on May 9 and 1 on May 10) but instead there is nothing happened from this platform.
For Live Account Platform, same EA ran for EUR/JPY at same period from May 06 to 11, 2013 and I got 2 Buy Orders opened but lack of the 3rd one on May 10.

Hi,
Sorry to say, but this is not enough for anyone to see what is going on with your strategy.
Please provide an example strategy that replicates the case.
Please tell what would you expect from the strategy, but it is not being executed.

Sorry, I confused you. What I want to express was that both the Platforms for DEMO and Live have critical bugs after latest upgrade.
My EA was written in MT4 and was converted to Java after compiled. It ran without any problem before but now the same EA caused problems after upgrade of the platforms. What I noticed was that the information for the closed order(s) was lost and so my EA could not work properly because of that.
It's not my EA problem but the platform!
By the way, the 2 attachments just want to show you that I got 2 different results using the same EA ran on DEMO and Live platforms.
Did anyone encounter the same problem as me? I just want to let Dukascopy know this issue and solve it ASAP.
Thanks anyway for your response! Hope the bugs from the platforms can be fixed ASAP from Dukascopy.

This is quite possible, since the feeds for LIVE and DEMO are not the same - they get affected by different sets of PLACE OFFER/PLACE BID orders.

Dear API Support:
Please see the attached sample EA program for the issue I want to report. The EA which was used for backtesting the historical data worked fine before looks like incorrect and generated wrong results now. It was noticed that the information of the Closed Orders was lost. Please Ref. to the following information which were generated from both DEMO and LIVE platforms using my sample EA program for details .
The Messages below showed clearly that the information of the closed order was lost, e.g. Order Closed Time, Order Profit, Open Price, Close Price etc. .
16:09:34 Order # 6 Closed on WeekDay 4 @ 0:0 (Order Close Time)
16:09:34 Close Time = -10800; Profit = 0; Open Price = 0; Close Price = 0
Please check the attached sample EA program to see if it’s from the program or the MQL Converter of the platforms. Waiting for your reply.

This bug is fixed. Available on demo and live platforms since 13/01/2014.
