Hello,
I wonder if it is possible to see drawings and fibos in Weekly view but not in Daily View or 4h? is it possible to customize drawings like in tradingview platform?

Sure it is.
Right click on the drawing object and uncheck the "Show on all periods". Select only the Weekly period.
