Tool for opening positions

Hi everyone
Trying to create a simple tool for opening positions, could somebody help with this?
I will explain what I mean:
At the beginning of the options I set percentage of the risk for transaction.
Then I move StopLoss lines on the chart and on the basis of the calculated volume of transactions which have open.
To open the transaction could be a button on the chart buy / sell

He is trying to do for quite some time, but I'm not good in Java.
I'm learning all the time, it is a great platform that has a mega possibilities.

Attach a screenshot to visually show though it would look like.
