Occasionally I get an warning message which appears to be caused by the dukascopy server. Can you explain what causes this?

2014-05-15 18:59:59.768 WARN CurvesJsonProtocolHandler - WARN: file [https://www.dukascopy.com/datafeed/EURUSD/2014/04/15/17h_ticks.bi5] was not found
