Hi,
I'm having a problem with Java platform. Every first time I fill the " Order Entry " window with my entry limit and stop loss and than click submit, I can see two dot lines in the chart window. The entry limit and stop loss. Now, the problem I have is when I restart the platform or just log off and than log back in again the pending order is still there but visual orders ( dot lines ) in the chart window are all gone. All this happens randomly, but must of the time. I have all ready try to reinstall the program, delete all temporary files, create a new workspace and save it or try to use only the default workspace, but the problem remains. I'm also using the latest version of Java. All the options are selected ( entry/stop orders and open/close position ) under tools - preferences - Order Visualization. The only thing I can do to make those line to appear back on is to manually change the time frame ( daily to weekly ) but even this method won't work much of the time.
What could be the problem ?

This issue is still alive for two years...
Will it be fixed as soon as possible?
This is a very frustrating issue.

Is it on LIVE 2.21.12 version only or DEMO 2.23.6 or later as well?
We have fixed very similar problem on the DEMO version, which has not gone to LIVE yet. Probably this is fixed there. I will try to repeat it.

Thanks for your reply.
I use only live platform. When I am logging in, it shows 2.21.12.
Is it the latest version?
In this version this issue is present.

Version 2.24 is released on LIVE. The problems described should be rectified there.
