How to access several running strategies

Dear Support!

Is it possible to make strategies accessible for other running strategies on a LIVE account?

For example: Strategy A is running. I now would like to set up Strategy B.
Strategy B shall be capable of controlling Strategy A such as pause and continue it.
To call its methods would be nice as well.

Is there a way of doing it?
