platform position isnt moving

the chart, quoteboard and position in my platform isnt moving. anyone has such an issue?

my eur/usd and eur/chf isnt moving. only my eur/nzd is moving.

Last 2 weeks my platform acts very funny, I have to restart it almost every hour? Because price is not moving, after I restart it it works Ok for while!

We are aware that some users could have been observing frozen charts in the demo platform recently. The issue is being resolved.
