I can't log into my Live FXDD account.

Is Live trading currently supported, and do I have to
specially enable mobile because I am a U.S. FXDD
JForex client? There is a "Register" button which
I pressed, not sure what that does...

Beautiful app, I can easily log into my Dukas Demo
account, but not my Live FXDD account. Pin
captcha works fine, I tried several times was not
authorized.

We have android app for FXDD Europe accounts, but not for the US at the moment. This is why you cannot login LIVE.

We in the U.S. have LOST our FXDD "white label" access at this time,
due to FXDD's sale of its retail JForex client base to FXCM who, in
turn, refuse to support JForex clients. So our accounts are closed !!

However, I'm optimistic that JForex trading will be restored
by Dukascopy through a "white label" agreement with another
U.S. broker very soon............

We are extremely upset about being cut off from Dukascopy's
services, and hope this is only temporary.

The mobile access, for me, is really a "safety net" so that I can close
positions through the Cell Phone network. Right now, I have
configured my Linux servers so that I can close positions from
command line through Android JuiceSSH sessions to the servers
through the Cell Phone network.

But NONE of that makes any difference right now, because we
are shut down. Again, only temporarily, I hope.
