strategy status stays Starting

How can I troubleshoot why a strategy stays in the status Starting?

I wanted to test the MinMaxAtomicTest strategy provided here: https://www.dukascopy.com/wiki/#Indicator_Calculation/Candlestick_price_feed. But the strategy stays in the Starting status.

I had the same issue the other day with one of my own strategies. That was solved by restarting the platform.
Here, with the MinMaxAtomicTest strategy platform restart doesn`t help.

Please advice.

It has nothing to do with the strategy. We are investigating this.
