All currency pairs instantly became non-trade able.
Reconnection, re-log , not solving issue.
No problems with internet.
Please advise on solution asap!

Experiencing the same problem here in Canada! Dukascopy, Help us!

I came here to start a new topic regarding this situation, because I'm really pissed off!
At least I know I'm not alone in this.

I don't do daytrading or scalping, my positions usually last from a couple of days to a couple of months, but I always have stop-loss orders, they just sit there on Dukascopy's servers waiting for the price to reach them. However, what happened today was unnaceptable and leaves me wondering if this is how things work here when there is a bit more volatility in the market. Because if this is normal I'll just move my account elsewhere, never had similar problems with other brokers before...

I had a stop loss on EUR/CAD (among other pairs with silly losses as well), all of sudden online trading is cancelled (even though my stop-loss was already on Dukascopy's servers before the volatility started), I could still follow the price on the chart, it touches my stop level, goes lower and lower and lower, and still nothing happens... Then 5 minutes later trading is available again and surprise surprise, the stop is filled at the current price, much lower than the stop! I checked the volume and for a few minutes it was 0, but the general market was trading as usual, so this is Dukascopy problem, don't blame it on the volatility or whatever.

Please do tell me what's the point of placing stops if they will just be ignored as if they weren't there?! By all means widen spreads when there's more volatility, even cancel manual trading temporarily if you have to, but conditional orders that are already on your system and have no manual intervention??

We had some technical issues last week. This is an extraordinary situation. Dukascopy Bank has always filled the orders according to the market. If the system has been faulty, we compensate the difference.
