Hi, how do I change the commissions for my backtesting using the Historical tester?
I'm trying to simulate the $50 per mio for a PAMM account and keep coming up with the default $18 per mio for a standalone account.

I found the Account => Commissions dialog from the Historical tester but most of the fields can't be changed and it's not clear which fields i would change to emulate a PAMM account.
