Hi. I am having problems registering as a VJForex member, which means I cannot save the development work I do, that is, when I try to save the work I'm asked for the login and password. Do I use the usual forex trading login/password, either for the live account or the demo account? No, neither of those are accepted. Within Visual JForex, I tried to register, and got a second demo account, but that doesn't work either.
Do I need a separate login/password for VJForex and another for the JForex trading platform?
I put the question to the VJForex forum, with one reply, from someone else having the same problem. Nevertheless, it must be simple enough, because I saw there are already more than 22,000 members. The question is, what do I need to do to become a member, so that I can save my Visual JForex work? Thank you, and my apologies for bringing these problems to the forum, but the tool looks to be worth persevering with.
In the event of continuing difficulties, is there a person I could call to help resolve this problem? I would need a number and a suitable time to call? Ted

You need a community (DFC) account. In the Visual JForex login form, there's a [Registration] button, which should redirect you to https://www.dukascopy.com/fxcomm/register/. After registering, use that username and password within Visual JForex. This account also allows you to take part in all the contests.

Hi. According to the FXCommunity/Members link, I am already a member, and have 2 Reputation points, for Profile filled and Email confirmed. I've been a member since January 21, 2013, although an active member only within the last week or so. Nevertheless, when I want to save my work in VJForex I get "Authentication Failed".
When I go to the FXCommunity page the login name is displayed correctly, so presumably the problem is in the password. Could I be allocated a new password? Ted
