Unable to update to latest JForex version

I saw in an unrelated post that someone is running JForex 2.7.52. However, my platform still shows version "Dukascopy Bank ver 2.18.19" and "Jforex API ver 2.7.2.1". When I click on "check for updates" in the help menu, it says "you have the latest platform version".

How can I upgrade to the latest version?
