Hello, I created a Dukascopy demo account for JForex however I am unable to login. I am able to successfully authenticate (it gives an error if I put the wrong credentials in) however the login panel only says "Connecting to Dukascopy Bank Platform..." with a moving indicator, however nothing happens.
I'm a US trader so I'm going through Alpari-US and the same thing happens on their platform. I also cross-checked on one of my remote servers on a different connection, brand new install of Java, never ran the JForex platform before so it would have loaded from scratch, same results.
I also cleared my Java cache but that didn't work.
Is this some sort of scheduled downtime for the demo platform? I have been unable to login for about two hours now so it would seem like a long time for scheduled maintenance.
