Dukascopy support, would you mind to unlock this thread, as I (or anyone) cannot add any newly discovered information about the issue while it is locked.

(For those that are confused by the big circle that the thread makes, here is an explanation:
It started off in Knowledge Base. After subsequent discussion, Dukascopy moved it to Bug Reports and then to Fixed Bugs. Unable to rescue the thread from that grave, I asked my original question in Knowledge Base again (and added some information that I thought may be helpful in resolving the answer). Thankfully, Dukascopy support prepended the original thread into the recent one, but also locked it by mistake.)
