Dear Support,

I am looking for a popular standard deviation like this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_deviation
I found in Jforex API the: IIndicators.stdDev ->is it the same what I am looking for?
stdDev

double stdDev(Instrument instrument,
Period period,
OfferSide side,
IIndicators.AppliedPrice appliedPrice,
int timePeriod,
double nbDev, -> what is the meaning of this parameter?
int shift)
throws JFException
