Hi,

I don't get it. To visualize things I need to draw short lines on a 5-min chart. However, the chart I get (in the tester) with

chart = context.getChart(instrument);

is a hourly chart.

Is there any way to get a 5-min chart or am I totally off track here?

Thanks,
Andreas

Currently it is not possible to choose time period before back-testing, it is at default 10 minutes. Also it is not possible to change the chart period from strategy. Consider as a workaround doing the following:
  1. Start testing at the minimum speed.
  2. Right after the testing start press on Pause.
  3. Change chart period to 5 minutes.
