It means that Dukascopy claims that at the receipt of your order, your set restraint on the order (e.g. slippage) could not be met, and therefore it was not executed (basically the order type is immediate or cancel). E.g. if you submit your order from Canada, the signal will travel comparatively long (to Switzerland); in a fast moving market and a comparatively tight slippage setting, the price may have already moved beyond that setting.

oh...i see, so, i guess, when i got this message, my setting, such as the slippage, is protecting me, right?
and the counterparty stands for Dukascopy?
