Insufficient margin Message in Java Demo Trading App

On the Demo Server I have a $100,000.00 test account.

I sent an order for .01 million using the Java API call submitOrder().

In your Jave Demo Trading Application I got the following Messages:

14:40:04 Order FILLED at 1.21715 USD (#37659861 BUY 0.01 mil. EUR/USD @ MKT MAX SLIPPAGE 0.0005) - Position #8885685
14:40:03 Insufficient margin. Filling maximum allowed amount: 8221930 EUR

Why is there Insufficient margin?

Please explain.
