I hope the Dukascopy support guys will answer this question (or anybody else )
skyisthelimit is currently in 1st place
According to the competition he has made 16 trades and his account is now sitting at $213,140
According to the Dukascopy back tester (run from 1st May to 5th May) only 1 trade is closed and 1 open $130,655.67 is the account amount
Why are these two results so different ?

Very rare that you can come close to duplicating any Contest strategy results against back-testing. For one thing you don't know what parameters / settings they might have started their Strategy with, and if their Strategy relies onTick logic then back-testing will definitely be different. I have asked this question before on the Forums here: why does a piece of code give different results for a set period (say 1 Day) on a LIVE account, DEMO account & Back-test. Usually LIVE & DEMO can be very close (depending on Strategy) but back-test can be wildly different unless its a Strategy that just depend on H1 onBar logic and a few simple Indicators.
