Hi Support,
when I look at web site my strategy is in "Running" mode, but when I open the Demo Platform in view mode there isn't any running strategy.
Is this correct ?
My strategy is a high frequency trades strategy and it didn't opend a trade since last 4 days.
Could you verify if the strategy is really running.
