So much is written and spoken about the city on the Dvina, what seems new is nothing to learn. But now you will give a few facts that will help you remember the glorious Vitebsk.
In Vitebsk were found birch-bark
Diploma, of the late 8 – early 9 century. Was found in 1959 in liberty square. Excavator Yevgeny Frolov completely random dug up the letter. Today it can be seen in the Museum.
