Today we are going to learn how to trade in Harmonic Pattern Gartley. First of all, I want to give you brief information about Harmonic Pattern history. Most of Forex, Stock, and Cryptocurrencies traders use harmonic pattern trading method at the advanced trading. Scott Carney President and Founder of HarmonicTrader.com has defined a system of price pattern recognition and Fibonacci measurement techniques. He gave the name and determined harmonic patterns such as the Bat pattern, the Gartley pattern and the Crab pattern.
This article, which I wrote for you provide my own look on harmonic trading. The most famous formation among the Harmonic Patterns known as Gartley. Let us say how to draw formation. The sequence of the Fibonacci numbers is the Italian mathematician Leonardo Pisano. This sequence has been known for centuries. The order is 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89 forever. The numbers are calculated by the sum of the previous two numbers.
Example: 1 + 1 = 2 or 3 + 5 = 8
This numerical relationship has been used in financial markets for more than a century. The most important gold number is Phi. Found with gold ratio. This ratio is the ratio of the number of two consecutive numbers. High number share, low number is share. The result is always approximately 0.618, as seen below.
a = 0.618
b = 0.382
0.618 / 0.382 = 1.618
Gold ratio: 0.618 + 0.382 = 1.000
There are many Fibonacci rates and methods used for your account, but we will lean on those that have practical functions for your financing transactions. In this Article i will discuss the strategy on use of Stochastic and Fibonacci that can be used with any currency pair but better work on Major pair. the system is good to take trade for 1HR-4HR min time frame ,so lets have a look from setting up chart and entry of trade.
Here How I set my Chart..
  1. I always use Weekly Fibonacci level as my Target Price and Stop Lost
  2. My Target price is always above the second level of weekly Fibonacci for LONG of my Open Position
  3. My target is always below the second level of weekly Fibonacci for SHORT of my Open Position
  4. My stop lost is always at the second second level above of weekly Fibonacci for SHORT
  5. My stop lost is always at the second second level below of weekly Fibonacci above for LONG
  6. Use Stochastic as a great filter to find OVERSOLD n OVERBOUGHT if the Stochastic of 4H is in oversold area, don't try to take SHORT position and vice versa
  7. Always confirm in Stochastic DAILY.. if you found Stochastic in 4H is oversold, but Stochastic Daily didn't say that OVERSOLD.. You can go SHORT and visa versa

Almost anybody can recognize support and resistance levels on charts. Drawing few lines (vide Fibonacci levels) or triangle is a task that most people can accomplish. But what to do next ? Is the price going to pierce current level or is it going to test it only? Maybe price will only make a short spike and then return to the previous state (false break)?
Many traders aren’t aware that most of price breaking moves are „false breaks”( especially break against current trend) – meaning that price after making break starts moving in opposite direction. Sometimes it can be only price retracement but even though it can trigger tight stop loss orders and change small price retracement into a false break.
How to increase your chances to succeed trading false breaks?
1. View the situation in a wide perspective.
2. Identify trend in higher time frames – most false breaks are against trend
3. Analyze price levels with price canals, trend lines

One of the most popular reversal candlestick patterns is definitely a Shooting Star pattern.
Characteristics of the Shooting Star Pattern
The Shooting Star candlestick formation is bearish reversal candlestick pattern which usually results in creation of the top, at the end of an uptrend. Review of last week
Last week began with a low-volatility due to the bank holiday in the UK and Memorial Day in the US. On the first day of trading we had data on inflation in Germany, which were in line with forecast and were 0.3%. As we seen in friday and yesterday 106.50 support is in play again and as i mentioned in the article buyers are ready to put the trade on the price range from previous low of 105.4-106.50. Every move in this range we seen after strong bounce.

Después de años de trabajo e intentos de desarrollar una estrategia de éxito llegué a pensar que la solución está en la FRACTALIDAD!

I found Elliot wave interesting, but a secondary tool after all.. Main draw is that this approach is too abstract and it misses a lot what's in between as bids/offers comes and PA moves around before reaching/producing reference points to analyse

INTRODUCTION

Despite being technical analysis indicators, the powerful Fibonacci tools are widely used even by fundamental analysis traders. Unlike the common lagging indicators, they can predict future price levels . I leave the debate of whether this is a self-fulfilling prophecy or a bias toward a law in nature to others. Those tools will be explained in this article one by one.
FIBONACCI & THE FIBONACCI NUMBER SEQUENCE
Fibonacci was a thirteenth-century talented mathematician who described the numerical series now named after him. In the Fibonacci sequence of numbers, after 0 and 1, each number is the sum of the two prior numbers. Hence, the sequence is as follows: 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144, 233, 377, 610 and so on extending to infinity. Each number is approximately 1.618 times greater than the preceding number.
THE GOLDEN RATIO
This figure 1.618 is called Phi or the Golden Ratio. The inverse of 1.618 is 0.618. The golden ratio appears everywhere in Nature from the micro scale to the macro scale. Things that are based on this divine proportion are beautiful and shapely and things that do not contain it look ugly and seem suspicious and unnatural.

FIBONACCI LEVELS

HISTORY
Fibonacci (Fibonacci) Italian mathematician, 1202 in Pisa has published the work "Liber Abaci". This work has changed Europe - he Europeans began to use Arabic instead of Roman. This mathematician known for the fact that developed a sequence of numbers, which later became known as the Fibonacci sequence or the Fibonacci numbers.
NUMBERS
The first number in a sequence of 0 and 1. The second sequence is developing in a way that the resulting number of the next added to the preceding one of the figure:
0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144, 233, 377, 610, 987, 1597, 2584, 4181 and so on.
Eg .: 0 + 1 = 1; 1 + 1 = 2; 2 + 1 = 3; 2 + 3 = 5; 3 + 5 = 8; 5 + 8 = 13, etc.
Leonardo Fibonacci discovered that the Fibonacci sequence and its ratio can be found everywhere, even in the natural world. This sequence applies to almost as a universal rule.
This sequence has a number of interesting features:
Any number ratio of the number which is the nearest number in the sequence after the first four numbers are close to 0,618 or 61.8% (the golden section ratio). For example: 34/55 = 0.618
Any number ratio of the number which is two places below, closer to 0,382 or 38.2%…
