try in hist. tester > custom settings click on save interpolated price data |

If you use interpolation in Historical tester (of 1 Minute, 1 Hour or 1 Day period), data will be saved if Visual mode is on. No matter if "Save interpolated price data" is enabled under Custom settings. Please elaborate on the problem. |

I have now five times chart without candles. It is awful. Save interpolated price data does not help. |

Hello support, I have now 12 times chart without candles. No one was OK. It is really awful. I make test on NZD/JPY. I tried my templates and default template. All was bad. Version 2.39.2. Live account. Repair it please. I can NOT make tests! Thanks Lifon |

I have permanently almost all charts in Hist. Tester without bars/candles. This problem is if I use only empty strategy too. I can NOT find problem on my side. Support could you repair it? |

Hi, Sorry to say, but what you have posted so far is not enough to understand what is wrong on your side. Upload a screenshot with the problem. Upload a screenshot of your historical tester settings. Upload a sample strategy that replicates the case. |
