Buying 250 contract DEU.IDX on market price with no slippage result partial fill between 30-150 contract, after that the order disappear without further notice, no error , no extra message.

Similar to that , let say there is 250 DEU.IDX open , and I right click on the positions window and press close position:
some of the contract closed , but the position remained.
