This Live PLACE_OFFER order reached "max rejected count" so it is cancelled. It doesn't seem to me that a limit order should be cancelled simply due to rejection count. So the counterparty doesn't accept it, why shouldn't it stay on the ECN? (I tried to edit and replace by a more complete image of the same name, but the delete/replace doesn't work properly so the lower image is the one with the timestamps.... ) HyperScalper

Do you have an example strategy which replicates the issue? |

No, but there's nothing special about it, just PLACE_BID or PLACE_OFFER in a thinly moving market so that the bid/offer just "barely touches" an acceptable price level and encounters successive rejections. Again, a very slowly moving, wider bid/ask spread during quiet times and this behavior can be observed. It is not very often that this occurs, but it's concerning that the limit order is cancelled simply as a result of rejection. The order is perfectly valid... Normally more frequently you'll get "order rejected by counterparty, will be resubmitted". But this is a different case, apparently. HyperScalper |

Do you resubmit the order, or the continuous resubmission attempts are done by the platform? Can you replicate this by doing manual trading? |

This was not a resubmission by my code. The platform was doing it. Specifically standalone API 2.9.5.1 HyperScalper |
