Hallo support, i am testing an automated strategy which place BID and OFFER and leaves them to be FILLED.
From time to time orders get filled at prices which are not yet reached. How is this possible?
Please check this order: 34266711 Long EURUSD 20k, price filled 1.32860 at 14:26:02 CET. Price was never so low between 14:25 and 14:30.
How's this possible? is it because of the demo account? thank you

Follow-Up: the aforementioned problem keeps on happening. It would be GREAT if someone of the Support could take a look into this, otherwise the DEMO result can NOT be taken as reliable. Please look at the attached files. Thank you.

You can not open a long position on the bid price. You can only do it on the ASK price, which is always lower than the BID. Your graph shows the BID price, not the ASK.

Follow-Up II: For those interested here is the result of the investigation from a Platform representative:
"We have a confirmation of a foolish trader on the demo.
He currently trades much more than the platform enables.
This explains this incredible deals you benefited recently."
Well then, good luck everybody validating your DEMO result...looks like we are going to need it.

Follow-Up III: it just keeps on happening, can't you ban these demo-traders / validate more accurately the execution of the demo orders?
