Historical data feed problems ?

Hi

I am trying to download some historical data - seeking 1hour bar data
I can view the data on a chart but when I save as a .csv file I get the headings ONLY

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

I can confirm this. Same issue.
Tick and Second data looks okay after download, but the rest (?) is not good.

It has been like this for several days now..............

Dukascopy Support and my Dukascopy go-to man are both very, very silent on this issue :)

An update and a warning.............................

I have downloaded various hourly pair data from 1st July 2010 onwards

I have found the following......................
a) duplicate records
these include all of March 2012, 2013 and 2014

b) missing records
these include all of February 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014

So, if you wish to have a clean data set - you will need to tidy up the Dukascopy data quite a bit :(
