Chart templates in historical tester

It would be really helpful to me if I could apply a template to the chart in the historical tester, and I understood that this was one of the features in version 2.14, but I seem to be using version 2.14.28.1, and it's still not there. What are the current plans for making this feature available? (I do apologise if the answer to this is somewhere in the forum and I've missed it.)
