I keep getting an "authentication failed" error when trying to login to the jforex platform with both my trader contest login and my strategy contest login. I know Im using the correct details that logged in fine last week. Can you help me with this asap? Thank you.

Do you still have any issues? we've updated the software and some clients are experiencing the same issue. Please try to clean java cache from Start > Settings > Java > General > Temporary Internet Files. It might help to solve this issue.
